Overview

The aim of the Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law is to develop learners’ advanced knowledge and understanding of key legal principles within both UK and international business contexts. The qualification focuses on building analytical, critical, and research skills required to evaluate legal frameworks and their application in real-world business environments.

It is designed to equip learners with the ability to address complex legal issues, understand legal responsibilities in business, and apply legal reasoning to international commercial activities.

Entry Criteria
  • An Honours Degree in a related subject, or a Level 6 Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Mature learners (21+) with relevant professional experience may also be considered
  • Learners must be 21 years or older at the start of the course
  • Learners whose first language is not English must demonstrate appropriate English language proficiency
Equivalency

The qualification is aligned with:

  • Master’s Degree level (RQF Level 7)

However, it represents a partial Master’s qualification (120 credits). Learners may progress to complete a dissertation (60 credits) with a university to achieve a full Master’s degree.
